Terms of Service

1These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Metamatics Ventures, Prague, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”), which operates Holoprism. They apply to the website at holoprism.ai and the platform at platform.holoprism.ai.

You accept them by ticking the box and continuing when you first sign in to the platform. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

2The service

Holoprism lets you follow an area: a regulation, a market, a technology, a region, a risk. You describe the area in a few words; a guide (an AI model) drafts its scope and proposes sources; Holoprism checks that each source answers; you choose what to keep. Holoprism then reads those sources on a schedule, shows you what changed on a dashboard, and prepares a weekly digest that you can sign.

During early access, signing in may be limited to invited accounts.

3Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You sign in with your own Google account. An account is for one person.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

4Price and limits

Holoprism is free during early access. To keep it that way, each account has limits: how many areas it can follow, how many times a day it can run the guide, how much it can spend a day on paid searches, and how often it can run sources by hand. The current limits are shown under Account. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. We may change the limits.

If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance. Nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

5Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights with Holoprism;
• use it to monitor, profile or keep files on private individuals;
• enter personal, sensitive or confidential information into areas, searches or the guide;
• add sources you are not allowed to read automatically, such as pages behind a login or a paywall you do not hold, or get around a site’s technical protections;
• get around the limits, for example with several accounts;
• probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach other people’s areas;
• use it to send spam, or to mislead anyone about where information came from.

6What you put in

What you type and choose (your areas, terms, signals, questions and sources) remains yours. You allow us to store and process it to run Holoprism for you, and for nothing else. We do not use it to train AI models. You must have the right to submit it.

Your areas are private: other users cannot see them. Our administrators can, to run the service, help you and stop abuse. A source that several accounts follow is read once and shared; the others see that source and its items, not your area.

7What sources publish

Holoprism reads public sources and keeps what they publish (headlines, links, short excerpts and snapshots) so that it can show you what changed and prove where each item came from. That content belongs to its publishers and is shown to you for your own information and research. If you republish it, you are responsible for having the right to do so.

If you believe something Holoprism holds infringes your rights, write to us and we will look at it promptly.

8The guide can be wrong

The guide’s drafts and suggestions are generated by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. Holoprism checks that a source answers and how much of it is about your area, not that what it says is true. Nothing in Holoprism is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Check what matters before you act on it.

9Signing

When you sign a digest, you confirm that you have reviewed it. The name you type, the time and a hash of what you signed are kept in Holoprism’s audit record. Signing does not send the digest anywhere. If you share or publish it, that is your decision and your responsibility.

10Early access and changes

Holoprism is in early access. It may be interrupted, change, or lose features. We may end the service; if we do, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where we can, so that you can download your data first.

11Leaving, and suspension

You can stop at any time and delete your account under Account; download your data first if you want to keep it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect the service or other people. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.

12Warranty and liability

Holoprism is provided free of charge and as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data you did not download, or decisions made on the basis of what Holoprism shows.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.

13Changes to these terms

Each version is dated at the top of this page. When we change the terms, the platform asks you to read and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept, you can download your data and delete your account.

14Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes go to the Czech courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.

Consumers can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
